The Intoxicologist Is In

“Damn Right Your Dad Drank It” and it’s a sure bet he watched it, too.  He may have even done both at the same time.  I’m talking about drinking Canadian Club Canadian Whisky and watching basketball.  It’s also a sure bet your father might not have had the luxury to sit in something as comfortable as the newly unveiled Canadian Club Terrace at The Palace of Auburn Hills, home of the Detroit Pistons.  Personally I prefer football on the big screen and basketball in person, so an opulent lounge area with all the masculine touches sounds just about right.  The lounge features advertising from the new Canadian Club “Damn Right Your Dad Drank It” campaign.  Now you can become part of the campaign, too. 

The Canadian Club website features an Ad Maker page where you can “Make Your Own Ad with the Canadian Club.”  You can pick a “Damn Right” ad poster and then upload a photo of yourself, friends or your father if that’s what floats your Manhattan’s maraschino cherry.  Once you finish perfecting your own Canadian Club “Damn Right” ad, download it and share with friends.  I tried it out and it was kind of fun.  The difficult part was finding a photo to share.  I can’t just post photos here of my friends or they would be knocking down my door for breeching their privacy.  So, here you go… “Damn Right Your Dad Drank It.”  Visit the site, learn about Canadian Club and make your own ad.
