It’s been quite a week since 4th of July rolled around. The last five days spent in New Orleans at Tales of the Cocktail ’09 has been quite an educational experience. I am exhausted, but it has been time well spent learning about everything from the history of cocktails and bourbon to tasting new spirits I have never even heard of before. I even had the opportunity to meet a few people in person that have been email and Twitter buddies over the last year. There were liquor/cocktail industry icons I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to see and meet as well that were so gracious with their time. Thanks to all for such a wonderful experience.
